DRM were responsible for
carrying out the detailed design of both the mechanical and
electrical services to accommodate these refurbishment works.
The design work included new radiator installation within the
modified areas, alterations to the existing heating and domestic
water services |

distribution pipework, alterations to existing
gas pipework within science rooms, new air handling plant for
modified areas, new air handling, for new link corridor, air
conditioning within newly formed classrooms, sub-main
distribution, electrical lighting and power, data cabling, lift
installation, fire alarms, intruder alarms, period bell
installation,
controlled door access and public address
